Refund policy

We want you to love everything you order from Charlie Suede. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery

  • Item Condition: Must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return Shipping: Paid by the customer (unless the item is faulty)

  • Final Sale: Discounted items are not eligible for return

All returns must be pre-approved by our support team. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted or refunded.

  • Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund

Note: Do not send returns without prior approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Need to change something?

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of ordering

  • After 24 hours, your order will be processed and cannot be changed

Cancellations

  • If the order is not processed it can be cancelled.

  • Once your order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If you still wish to cancel, a 30% processing fee will apply.

Disputes

If you dispute your order with your payment provider:

  • We will no longer be able to issue a refund or accept a return.

  • Please contact our support team first — we’re here to help you find a solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We'll notify you whether your refund is approved

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
